Mr. Md. Jewel Rashed Sarker
Mr. Md. Jewel Rashed Sarker is the Chief Financial Officer of Genex. Before joining the Company, he served in various companies in the accounts, finance and compliance domains. He completed his Chartered Accountancy (CA) course from Masih Muhith Haque & Co. (Chartered Accountants). He achieved his MBA degree from America Bangladesh University, Master’s in Accounting from NU, and completed various short-term courses regarding compliance, DSE rules & regulations and HRMIC from various reputed education institutions, including DSET Training Center, Local Government Supporting Project (LGSP), BIM, etc. At present, he is pursuing a Cost & Management Accountancy course from ICMAB. He has strong knowledge of Corporate Governance Guidelines, Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations and the Companies Act, 1994, etc.
Md. Mostaq Ahmed
Md. Mostaq Ahmed is doing the responsibility of company secretary of Genex Infosys Limited. In the IT industry, he has twelve years’ experience in listing affairs. He possesses diverse professional experience in the fields of finance, accounting, and compliance. He also has a strong understanding of corporate governance principles, stock exchange listing regulations, and the Companies Act, 1994. Before joining Genex Infosys Limited, he served in Aamra Technologies Limited for ten years. He is continuing his Chartered Secretary degree with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh.
