He is heading Genex with the vision to become a global company, under his leadership Genex grew from a 2 people company to a strong organization of 4000+ employees, and diversified business into different arenas of the ICT Industry.
He played a key role in developing the BPO & IT Services Industry in Bangladesh and setting up Global Standards. He was the director of the Executive Committee of Bangladesh Association of Call Center & Outsourcing (BACCO), from 2015 - 2017.
Mr. Prince started his ICT Career in 1997 and since then he has led various teams and multiple projects with his Positive Leadership, People Management Skills, Business Intelligence & Governance and experience in Customer Services, Technology Solutions, Communications Services, Business Process Outsourcing and People Management.
