WE ARE HIRING: CONTENT MODERATOR

We are looking for smart, responsible, and detail-oriented individuals who can work accurately at high volumes, follow structured guidelines, and uphold content quality and safety standards with consistency and professionalism.

• Review and moderate user-generated content in accordance with established policies, guidelines, and client SOPs
• Identify guideline-violating content (harmful, offensive, misleading or policy-breaching) and take timely appropriate action
• Review content accurately and consistently within required turnaround time (TAT) targets
• Handle high volumes of content while maintaining quality, accuracy, and productivity benchmarks
• Follow all moderation guidelines, SOPs, security protocols, and quality standards without deviation
• Escalate complex, sensitive, or unclear cases to senior moderators or team leads when required
• Maintain accuracy and focus during repetitive, detail-intensive tasks throughout the shift
• Meet all assigned productivity, accuracy, quality, and TAT performance targets
• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle all sensitive or client data responsibly and securely

• Graduation completed or currently running — both eligible to apply
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior content moderation or data-processing experience is an advantage
• Good computer knowledge and ability to navigate digital platforms and tools efficiently
• Good typing speed with high accuracy — minimum 30 WPM preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, guidelines, and SOPs with precision and consistency
• Strong time management, focus, and organizational skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and professional attitude toward work
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to work rotational shifts including night shifts if operationally required

• Smart, responsible, and detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset
• Comfortable working extensively on computer systems for extended periods
• Fast and accurate typist with strong attention to detail
• Patient, focused, and consistent with repetitive, high-volume tasks

• Salary: BDT 12,000 – 17,000 (based on skills, experience and interview performance)
• Roster-wise 9-hour shift schedule with structured break time
